How it Works

1
Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your project's goals, scope, and vision. This phase includes defining deliverables, timelines, and any specific requirements you may have. Following our conversation. I will provide a proposal with an intial concept, estimated timeline, and pricing. Upon your approval of concept and payment we proceed to the next phase.
2
Collaboration
Throughout the project, I maintain open communication and provide regular updates. You will receive weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) updates, allowing for feedback and ensuring the project aligns with your expectations. Minor adjustments are welcomed; however, substantial changes that significantly alter the initial concept may require a new commission request. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product meets your vision.
3
Final Delivery
Upon completion, you will receive the final product in the agreed-upon formats. Please note that any commercial use of the product must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. I reserve the right to showcase the final product in my portfolio and on social media, with appropriate credit to you, unless otherwise requested.
